Join us for the opportunity to learn about end-of-life care options and the work of Compassion & Choices featuring President Barbara Coombs Lee. Barbara is an expert in the field of end-of-life choice and a very engaging speaker. She practiced as a nurse and physician assistant for 25 years before beginning a career in law and health policy. She has been president of Compassion & Choices since 1996. Barbara oversees advocacy, development, and legislative and client support. You will also hear from the spouse of a client who received help from the End-of-Life Consulation Program. You'll get a chance to meet the Compassion & Choices Northern California board of directors, enjoy light refreshments and mingle with other supporters of the aid-in-dying movement.

The event is free and wheelchair accessible. There is ample street parking and public transportation is nearby.

FAIRS
Compassion & Choices Northern California participates in fairs throughout the Bay Area, and we encourage you to stop by and say hi (or come volunteer, email admin@compassionandchoicesnca.org for more information).

At each fair, attendees that come to our booth have the opportunity to win a copy of their advance directive on a wallet-size CD (which can be carried with you in case of emergency).
